How often? It has its seasons..some weeks I'll do it daily.. Sometimes I go a couple of weeks without touching it.

Then you should probably think about scaling back and if you can't do it on your own, seek help..but if you've got the time, the desire, and it doesn't hurt third parties, I don't see a problem with it.
