from where i come from, a school kid (over 18) were doing it in the storeroom, someone caught it on phone video and shown in the internet. Someone then printed a flyer about it. The teacher found out, SUSPEND ALL the student. Including those who recieved the flyer...

so... public sex in my country will get you a free trip behind bars and free publicity for few months. And you will be visited by police before you get your shirts off. Kissing itself in public will give you a lawsuit ticket

Have not read the whole thread. But some places:
parking lots of restaurants, clubs, parks. (even if it is a convertible.)

Park benches, hiking trails, Big Sur Beaches, while driving up the coast from starting north of Cayucos and all the way PAST CAMBRIA (make sure you can drive responsibly he hem!!) and finish (make sure you don't stop the session to get off the car) off on a deserted beach.
But make sure you are spontaneous.
