pubic hair on a guy i really don't pay attention to. as long as its cleaned up and not some massive bush it's fine by me.

now facial hair is a different story. it really depends on the person. you can't have a baby face ala' Justin timberlake and look good with it. i think guys like that just look ridiculous. and you have to be able to grow it think. don't try to grow something if you only have like 4 hairs on your chin. again, just silly. after that i don't mind facial hair on guys. i actually love a dark haired blue eyed guy who has that 5 o'clock shadow thing going on. that is dead sexy. i don't really care for blondes with facial hair. and never grow a mustache. my bf is a cop and i always joke with him that the day he grows a mustache i'm out the door. he would never do it, it's just a joke between us.
