i'm a guy. i do not have erectile dysfunction. when my girl and i flirt, make-out... whatever: i'm as hard as a rock. but when it comes to actually having sex, i'm too nervous to rise to the occassion. when i know we're not going to have sex, i can get it up, but when we decide to actually follow through--no luck. why me? why?!

So go ahead, let the hormones take over. It isn't the worst thing in the world to come in 2 minutes, and after that you'll only get better.

OR you could legitimately wait until you're comfortable with your girl and the situation. One would think that this would happen over time. I'm not an expert though
