hes dick never standup when he was 13old until now and hes old now is 36old
can he make it after this long time if he see adoctor

He should be ok if he sees a doctor. I don't think it's something that becomes worse and worse like cancer. Why didn't he see a doctor before about his erectile dysfunction? Quite wierd to wait for more than 2 decades to see a doctor.

coz he is shy coz we are arab peopel and he don't like 2 show hes booy for someone

Just get a doctor. If he's only comfortable to have Germans or Americans looking at his dick, so be it. Just get him to a doctor unless he doesn't want to have sex ever.
