| | | Yep, start taking the Pills on the day your period starts. You take it for 21 days and then you have 7 days break. During that break time, you do not need protection if you don't want it and you should be having your periods. After that 7 days is over, you start taking the Pills again and the cycle begins.
Some people say that the Pills make em gain weight but it lightens the flow of your periods, so there's always a good and bad side of things. | |

Like I said, it's not really the pill that is making you add weight, its the fact that you want to eat more. And as for lightening the period, this is the best part of the pill and one of the main reasons I went on it. I used to get the worst cramps for like 2-3 days. Now I barely get them for a few hours. They are just as intense but they last like 5 hours vs 48+ hours.
