You apparently interpreted this as Frasbee's subtle attempt to get a Penis-Size thread started, so that he could talk about his favorite fixation, his penis. In reality, Frasbee was making... a joke! He meant that since we have threads started like that all the time, we should just instate a permanent thread for the subject, that everyone could use instead of creating new ones.
Are you following so far? It seems like everyone got the joke except you, who posted this:
