Practice makes perfect. Do it lots and build up your jaw muscles. The first time you do a push up it hurts, but over time you get stronger and you can do more right? Same thing.

Now it takes me at least a half an hour to feel the pain.

From a guy's perspective:

You don't really have deep throat to do it right. The top couple inches are where all the good nerves are. Concentrate right around the head, and just below the head. Therefore, gag reflex shouldn't come into the picture. Oh, and use your hand too.

PS - fake boobs are horrible. blah.

I have heard that too... about not needing to put it down your throat. Maybe guys like the idea of watching you doing it instead of how it feels. I guess obsession with deep throating and morning wood always be a mystery.
But if you really insist on learning, you kinda need to relax your throat. I don't gag easily so maybe that's why I don't have a problem with it. Angle matters too! I'm sure the more practice you get the easier it will be. It makes my jaw tired too. But if I hear moaning it makes me forget about that and want to keep going.
