What does it mean when you're in a new relationship but you keep thinking/dreaming of your ex particularly sexually?

Also, does it mean different things for men vs. women?

So the new relationship isn't that great (or at least the sex isn't)? I used to fantasize about an ex in one relationship because I wasn't over him. Do you think this is usually the case?

Chances are, it doesn't mean anything. I mean....I've had dreams about eating chicken nuggets out of a wheelbarrow while it was raining....and it didn't mean that I was supposed to act on it! Depending on how serious your relationship with your ex was....it COULD mean that you're not completely over them. I really wouldn't consider it a problem until you start calling out your ex's name in bed...LOL
