Do I tell him Im a vergin?

Im 24 and a vergin. There is a guy Im interested in. If it leads to sex I really dont want to tell him its my first time. I do not want a big deal made out of it or anything out of the ordanary. Id like some other opinions on if I should tell him or not.

Personally I think you should. He'll like the fact that he's your first. It will also lower any expectations he may have as to your initial performance.

well in the beginning i think it shouldn't matter if you tell him or not because you're probably at the beginning of the relationship. if you get furthure into foreplay and you feel that it will lead to sex, that is when you tell him. raverboy

You don't need to tell him right off the bat in the relationship, but if you guys get to a point were you would be having sex. Tell him, but out of the sack. You don't think rationally while in bed...

I'd be sure to tell him, but I agree it would be best to tell him when foreplay is heading that direction. It will be a major turn-on for him, and can only benefit the experience for both of you.

That said, if you're a 24 year old virgin, there's likely a religious or other personal choice issue involved. You need to decide for yourself a few issues here. For one...are you comfortable with being a virgin at this point in your life...if not, go for it. If you are, and would prefer to remain that way until marriage or what have you, then don't give in now...you've come farther than most.

Just because someone is a virgin at 24, dose not mean there is a religion or personal reason involved. Having sex for the first time is very special, and if you haven't found the right person then what can you do? I think it is so important to find the right person, but maybe I am just a romantic. If you do decide to have sex then tell your partner. It may mean a great deal to them that they are your first. I know it would mean a great deal to me.

you should tell him. He desearves to know, and will feel honored that he is your first. He may wonder the first time anyway, so it's better to be honest from the start.

I don't know, no offense, but if the girl was 24 I'd feel weird being her first.
