I saw it as a tantrum actually....only had this happen
as a young lad.
However...what I do remember about seeing a frustrated partner
was that from that day on I always wondered if I was really satisfying
her. It kind of did something to me, and things never were quite the
same after that (with her).
I think had she expressed her frustration in a different manner I
would have been able to accomidate her shortly after instead of
whatever that was...stage fright?
