I usually masturbate like 10 times/week, and I reach orgasm pretty easy, as fast as I want.

But when my girlfriend tries to do it to me, it's like damn hard.
Oh yes I get hard and feels really good when she rubs but one time she did it continuesly for like 40 minutes and I just couldn't reach orgasm!

You are too used to your hand for your own good. Stop masturbating so much. Let her try again after you've stopped doing it for a week. It will probably work at that point. If not, keep trying. It's most likely that you are so used to your hand that everything else just doesn't feel right. It has nothing to do with inexperience most of the time.

Just stop beating it so much. I beat roughly 14 times a week, give or take 1 or 2. Bottom line is that when I've got a gf, I just don't beat it at all. That is unless I just feel the urge to some time or if we didn't see each other for a long time. But I always felt like busting w/my SO took a lot more out of me, and then I didn't want to masturbate at all really, unless I just wanted to get off to the thought of another girl.
