| | | It was long ago. All anguish has mellowed to empathy. Thanks for your condolences, though.

Beside that he had cancer, it must of been very hard for him to see ous his kids and he know that he was going to died... doctor gave him 1yrs and 6 month and that what he did.. the worst thing was that they operate on him to see where the cancer was located, and back then they did not have the technology that we have not.. so.. anyway the end up operate him in his back for one shoulder going down to his hip on the other side so I was a use scard... but 3 weeks after that he fell on his face, I saw him.. men the look on his face was devastating...he got paralysed from waiste down.. so my mom, me and my borther had do do everything for him..(when the operate on him they touch a nerve and it paralyse him) back then I was 11 and my brother 13 to me 35 was old.. but now I sit down and think about it quite often and wow.. that so crazy 35 he just started his live...crazy shit, crazy shit.. cancer...

Very much so.. I'm sorry about all that. But I can see how you are so strong and confident in most things. And like you said I very much believe everything happens for a reason. Wow, I can't even fathom going through all that at such a young age. eeks. frenchy, you get a hug too!!
My Dad and I never really ahd a close relationship and to this day really still don't. But he's had cancer for going on 7 years now and they say he's not going to make it to next year. It is very devastating, and all the things that come along with the disease. My dad now has two forms of cancer in his body plus a ton of heart problems from the chemo. But no matter how much you prepare yourself for things your never really truly ready for it to happen.
