hi everyone : )
I guess we're all here for the same reason,

we're bored and minesweeper isn't cutting it : )

i've actually just slowed down from my wave of midterms, and I just realized there's no way to kill time.

i'm a college freshman in new york, majoring in biology for now, I don't know if things will stay that way, we'll see.

is anyone else from new york or a freshman? how do you kill time when exams are not around the corner?

being that you're a freshman you're still underage. i kill time by drinking a lot of liquor. yes, i'm one of those immature boys who you referred to in a previous post that you made. and yes, graduating from college didn't really do anything for my maturity level. i still act like i want, not really caring about the future. just a little background info.

as for killing time... get a job.

I don't see how that's fun, but besides that, i'm schedual doesn't really have room for a job. between labs, classes, studying, recitation, and getting to and from home, my week changes so much. every week is different, so I can't have a consistent schedual, even on weekends.

but there are times like now, where I have loads of spare free time on my hands, and there's nothing to do, and nobody to hang out with because everyone is too busy. i'm just bored, clearly

hrmm... then how do you explain all the other college students that hold part time jobs and take atleast 12 credits?? it's not impossible, but if you really need the money, you will have to work for it.

alright, with the job being out of the idea, i'm sure that you can find a lot of ways to entertain yourself. join a school club or hit up a frat party or something.

that's not really something i'm into. I know, i'm boring

I'm more of a walk in the park during winter time person while looking at the stores and the tree they're going to put up. I like to go to the beach, but that's not an option now since it's freezing.

as for a job, yeah, there are people who do it, and I will be getting one, just not during freshman year. my highschool principal told me that you should first get used to how college is, and once you get settled in, take up a job or more courses but don't jump into either during your first year because everything you do does stay on your transcript.

it's not so much that you're a boring person, but you should be up for new things... let's see, something that i have never done this year was play paintball and shoot real guns. damn i swear you get a rush.

you don't to have to into something really crazy like drinking and getting wasted like me, but the bottom line is to keep an open mind.
