It really has to do with your level of intimacy on an emotional level with your partner, and also whether or not you have body image issues. It's only awkward when you're thinking to much about what you look like and whether or not the other person likes what you're doing or likes doing it to you. When you stop overthinking it, you will be thankful. Oral can be freakin wonderful. Especially if you have my bf, who absolutely can NOT get enough of it (giving that is.....but he'll willingly receive too  )
