Should I ask him out? - Love Forum

I've seen this guy around school alot - we have breaks at the same time. Every time we see each other, our eyes kind of meet, and we smile. Every time I see him, I get all nervous and my heart races... I have NEVER in my life felt like that because of a guy. Anyways, it seems like we're both attracted to each other, I'm just not sure why he hasn't approached me yet. I would go up to him, but of course I'm shy, and I have to see him around alot.. also, I don't want him to think I'm some wierdo, maybe I'm misreading it all.. I don't know. Do you guys think hes interested, should I ask him out? opinions please. Also, I know some one else just posted something similar to this, so sorry if its too much like the other one.

I don't think you have to jump right in to asking him out. Just start up a normal conversation. Or drop all your school shit in front of him and see if he helps. Whatever.

I know I have another thread about this, but I'd be flattered if a girl provided an obvious hint that she liked me, like maybe saying "hi" out of nowhere, or flat out coming up to me and talking.

thanks for replying everyone. to answer your question bball... I couldn't resist, so the first day, I just said hi as I was passing him, then the next day I went up to him and told him I had seen him around alot and had wanted to introduce myself, and we talked for a while. he said he was suprised I had come up to him, and that he thought I was out of his leage (sp?) I was suprised, I thought it was the other way around.. we've talked alot since then.. I'm glad I approached him... how about that girl you wanted to talk to??

hey, I'm glad you made an attempt, you should definitely be proud of that! One of those rare times when girls actually step up to the plate on making the first move!!

As for me, I plan on talking to her tomorrow when I see her. I wanted to do it today, but the time I was gonna talk to her, she didn't show up. The other two days I was being stupid and chickened out.
