first date question?

im new to this forum and im liking it so far Well what my question is that what should i take with me to my first date?? like should i give her flower or something else. I was thinking some else cause i want to be different than other peopel but cant think of what to give her. So can you guys please give me some ideas. Thanks

A disposable camera. It's a good 5-10 dollars, about right for a first date. And taking pictures is fun. It will be a great prop to help keep the date smooth. Make sure you do some fun stuff on the date, boring pictures suck.

WOW! What a GREAT idea, Circle. I can't believe I never the thought of that. Assuming she isn't touchy about having her picture taken, that's a WONDERFUL way of making keepsakes...itself a STRONG intimation of serious and lasting intentions.

Umm, yeah - if you tried taking my picture on a first date, there wouldn't be a second one. I would be worried everytime the camera came out whether you were getting me from a good angle or not. Sorry, most girls are vain, and I think that is a very risky idea.

don't make it about taking HER picture, thought that was obvious. That is why you are giving the camera to HER. She can take the pictures as she sees fit, and you can make suggestions along the way.

it was just ONE idea, lol, I've never done it. So I'll leave it at that. Maybe I shouldn't have tried to help this thread. I've never had a formal first date where I brought a gift. My relationships have all begun much more casually. I wouldn't bring anything to tell you the truth. Make this girl see that bringing yourelf to the damn date is QUITE ENOUGH. Be the man.
