OK, sorry to bring this back up, she text and seemed really pleased to hear from me, she said that she had pretty much run out of credit but asked me to text back. I did but she never responded - this is a bit confusing and im not really sure what to do now.

That wasn't unhelpful. I'm telling you, she thinks your a douche.

Why would you ever call a girl using a number you got from a friend?

If you have to put your name in the text, then you shouldn't be texting.

You text someone if you already have a good basis of communication with them, ie you have talked on the phone before.

You don't just use your friend to get her number, text her, and then expect everything to be dandy. You're a fool.

Helpful enough?

Here's a better question - if she DIDN'T think you're such a dick why hasn't she replied since?

(:

Girls do these things. She not going to act like she thinks you're a creep to your face. She's going to use exclamations and sound happy.

She probably responded in the first place to satisfy her own needs of not feeling like a ***** who doesn't respond to people.

Look - you're problem here is the truth is cutting you like a knife and instead of ADMITTING your mistake you gettin super defensive about it.

Guy - you're not perfect - hey guess what - WE'RE NOT PERFECT. We're actually TRYING to help you, if you can see past the snidey, smart ass remarks. You messed up - big deal. Call it a lesson learned. Now you know. Think back on it and laugh. Leave her alone and use this experience to avoid makin the same mistake next girl you see you wanna talk to.

Man, I know i'm not perfect - i'm by no means perfect, but I still dont think i've done much wrong. We talked a lot when we saw each other and we were comfortable around each other.

If she saw any potential in you, i'm sure she would have given you signals when you guys first talked. Was there any indication that she was interested in you? If not, IMO, you're wasting your time.

She made a lot of eye contact and I saw her looking at me quite a lot but i'm probably just looking to deep into things.

I did the same thing dude and i've given up on it. Who knows what she was/is thinking. It doesn't really matter anymore. I've asked myself the following question. Did I give my best effort in making her aware that i'm interested in her? If you did and still haven't gotten a positive reaction back, it's time you let it go. Many times it's just not meant to be.
