I am in love with my classmates since my college time but I never expressed my feeling with her as she was involved with my best friend. But now 4 years after college I have proposed her for marriage. She never said no but asked for time. But as she says does not have any feeling as such for me. So do you think she will say yes. What should I be doing to make it positively Yes?

I she said she doesn't have those feelings for you, she asked for time to figure out a way to let you down without saying it right then and there. I would guess it's a very good chace she's going to say no to you.
