I don't think i can. I must definitely be physically attracted to that someone first before i could think of all the other stuffs that i could do with her. But this really depend.

I don't think people make physically sexual moves on other people unless there is a hormonal attraction. In order to French Kiss someone for that long, both people have to participate and, I think there mere fact that it came about indicates that you have some kind of feelings for each other.

Having said that, I also don't think it's necessarily a sign of true love. Physical attractions, sex, and kissing can be the result of an instinctive attraction to a person. As you probably well know, this is much different than truly loving and caring for a person as a companion.
