Thinking about the ex - Love Forum

How often do you think about your exboyfriends/girlfriends, or do you ever? How normal is that? Is it strange that I still think about an ex of one year, even though I'm in a great relationship?

I really wish all my ex'es would move to Zimbabwe so I wouldn't have to see/hear from them.

Some never, unless I run into them.

Some here and there when a song comes on, or some other memory trigger.

But there is one, I think of a couple of times a week, always will. There are some that you never get over. But the show goes on, and happiness in life is not reliant on them. They were just a very happy PART of my life.

I'm sure it's normal. I never think of mine in like a longing way. It's usually just wondering how they're doing.

Once in a while an old ex comes to my mind, just wondering how they are doing now. But nothing making "want to get back with them."

I sometimes think of one and only one of my exs (Longest relationship ex). I never see her, but I remember some times that we used to spend together. Sometimes when I walk by the places where we used to go, sometimes when I see places where we used to eat. It's so hard to tell how much you take for granted until it's all over...

I must admit, this one was the best relationship I have ever had... But I'm single now, I'm allowed

For you, I think you should snap out of it and not bring your past into your present aloha. Before you spoil something good and join my boat...

I know, you're right. The good thing is... every day I think less about him and more about my guy.

Completely normal. Every now and then the memory of what you had loost with someone is going to rear its ugly head at you. Happens to me with an ex that really did a number on me. But now that I have a gf I'm in love with.....she seems to be more curious about my life lately.
