My guess would be just be honest and tell her you want to get to know her better, but it may be wise to be up front about the fact you don't want a commitment so you don't lead her on.

Tell her that you would love to take her and throw her on the bed every day and have your way with her and make her your woman, but you don't want her cling to your “Johnson” like some kind of parasite looking for permanent attachment.
But realize that life is not meant to be this way. If you don’t want to commit to this person than you should just stay friends and move on to someone more intriguing to you. Screw that half-ass, lame, dating lifestyle that so many helpless fools fall into. Go all the way or not at all. If you don’t want to go all the way with this girl then keep looking for one that you do want a real, meaningful and fulfilling life with.
