hello every1, i got a problem: i wana go to this nightclub but neva been asked to go b4 well i have now and i want to go but i have to tell my parents and we dont ever talk about them sort of things in the family i dont no weather i should come out with it and say ' oh tonight im goin to .....' or what to do. i dont think they know that i hang around with girls too and will feel strange asking to go to the nightclub...btw im 16 if tht makes ne difference

hmm... im 16 too bro. if you wanna go that bad, tell them you are going to the movies or something.

ive never been to a nightclub either. infact isnt that a stripclub or somethin??

seems to me that if he is in england or europe they can go to nightclubs younger than in north america. but i'm not certain.

OR...maybe it is a nightclub for teenagers.

18 for the majority of bars and clubs, most 16 year olds look old enough to get in and do get in. The decent clubs usually ID people now though.

There are other nights where its only teenagers allowed in and they dont serve alchohol.

To be honest I wish we had it like North America here sometimes, far too many teenagers wasted off their faces and behaving like morons, or maybe im going to the wrong places...

Why would it be strange if you went to the club? Whats the place like and are they having a teen only night or something, or is it going to be a regular club weekender thing?

Im thinking its not too good to start lying to your parents, theres plenty of time to start your club life....

That's a good point, Robbo. Club life gets pretty old pretty fast so you may as well wait and have fun doing things geared for your age, ie: high school dances, teen socials etc.

16's a pretty normal age to start going to clubs in europe, even if it's a club you'd have to be 18 to get in. (and 18 is the age you're allowed to do whatever you want) they usually don't ask for your id at the door, and if they do, you show them a fake one.
