A couple of weeks ago I started to get attracted to a guy(guess what?He's younger than me!),which is cute but I never really met him,although my best friend knows him.
She started to mess with him,and sometimes when he saw us he stoped by and started to talk to her.I didn't talk to him nor did he talk to me,since we weren't introduced,but Eventually he started making conversation with me,since he's not that shy type of guy.
Though we don't talk much he gained enough confidence (at least so he thinks) to come to me(when I'm with my best friend mostly) and hug me or flirt.Not that he means much to me,since I'm not in love with him,and he's a little flirtacious guy buy nature and does that kind of thing to some girls.
Cutting to the chase, I'd really like to ask him his cell phone number,and make it look casual.You see,although he has some cofidence with me,personally I don't have much cofidence with him,to get to him a put my arm around his neck(like he sometimes do it to me) or ask him his number.I think it would be kind of akward(at least for me) to get to him and ask him his phone number.Help?
Also, when he flirts with me like,for example,on friday I was going home with my friend,he grabbed and pulled my scarf and then he put his arm around my neck,and I didn't know how to react.I just let him with his arm around me for awhile then I took it off nad then I said something like "You better go home now".
You see,sometimes we girls(at least I do) do things that we really didn't mean to,and our will was to do some other things,but we don't do because we're afraid of the guy's reaction...or something.
So,could you help me to get his cell phone number,and could you give me some flirting tips,or something like that?

You can ask him for his cell in relation to that, you know, "i missed the class yesterday, and since I have no time to discuss it right now, I'm gonna call so you can tell me the homework and what happened."

No,he's 2 years younger than me.Actually we where never introduced,he just started making conversation and all,but now he doesn't talk much to me or to my friend,though...

In any case, next time you are talking say that you can't talk right now and suggest that you exchange contact information to continue that conversation.
