Help needed fast - Love Forum

Alright...so I asked this girl out to go running at the beach. We both love running, well unfortunately it's raining and there is lightning/thunder. So that's out of the question. I called her up and asked her if she'd like to do anything else today, I mentioned maybe going out to a movie or somewhere else. She said alright but she could only be out for a couple of hours because she has a project to do. So I need some advice on where else I could go...I know going to a movie on a first date isn't the best place to go since you really can't talk much. Any other advice would be really appreciated. Keep in mind we're 17 and I've got a tight budget. $24 to be exact

You don't have to spend money... Ugh.. I don't really have this kind of experience because I prefer the whole "I'm going to get to know you as a FRIEND first to see whether or not you're worthy of my time" (I actually say this--word for word--and it works like a charm). Take her to a bookstore, help her with her project. No money, you can talk while you're going at it, and it's a win-win for everybody. Furthermore, the "couple of hours" part gets eliminated. I would suggest leaving early anyway, for reasons related to attraction that are just too long to type.

Bookstore with a coffee shop...

lol...it went well. So we planned to go down to the Ben and Jerry's but well, she didn't know North our South even though we were right next to the beach and I didn't know where the hell it was. So we said screw it, went to the mall and ate at Islands...first it was a bit akward with sudden moments of silence. Then we started talking more and went walking through the mall which only has about 20 stores and is about 200 feet long. Then drove down to the beach and walked to the end of the pier...that's where we started having fun. Walked down to the sand and then she tried pushing me in the sand and then I was going to but didn't, even though I could have. Walked back to our cars and the entire way we kept trying to push each other into stuff. Or in front of stuff...like moving cars . Definately akward but by far the best girl you could ask for. Well worth the money spent

. Next week I'll probably make something and go to the beach/park since I've got about, uhm $2 left.

I gag at the sent of coffee...I had some coffee once, ended up getting sick and vomitting and now I gag to the smell of it. Same with gatorade, and I was a gatorade lover.
