I'm 31 years old slim man, height 186 sm. I like SCUBA diving and inline-skating. But I have never had a girlfriend because I'm very shy. And I don't have anyone who can help me. What do you recommend me to do?

first off, i've heard of centimeters, millimeters, and kilometers...but what the hell is SM?? sentimeters?? hahaha...

secondly, you're a shy guy at the age of 31. how can you not have a single friend in the world who can help you?? i'm sure there are people that you turn to when you want to go out and have some fun?? i'm sure that there are people that you do your activities with, you're not a loner. well ask these people to go out from time to time and scope around at some possible females who intereste you. and if you seriously don't have any friends, i'm sure that your co-workers will do fine.
