You would be assuming a couple of things:
1) He/she already sees you as a sexual object (frequently not true, unless you are of model caliber);
2) He/she already cares what you do or don't do (does not happen that often if not (1)).
3) Or, he/she simply chases everything that moves, in which case you don't want that person as a partner anyway.
