well, i'm pretty new, so i guess my second start would be here.

but on to the point. i'm not very attractive, or very extremely social. but other then that i'm normal. but for some reason, the only girls that seem to flirt with me are tiny gothic looking girls. i'm not saying this is a problem, or that i don't link it, i'm just asking why it's only small goth girls who like me. i'll post some of my known qualities in my school, if it helps at all.

1)protector (i often protect just about anyone who needs it. i've gotten into fights on more then one occasion like this, and won most, never lost, but didn't win a few.)

2)nerd (i'm often talking about computers and/or working with them)

3)big (i'm a really big person, in terms of weight, anyways. 260 pounds, yet my build seems rather abnormal. the weight barely shows, yet i'm definately not masculine.)

4)writer (i'm a goodwriter, i guess, i've been known through the school as the "fake" columbine stopping, because i turned in a story, edgar allen poe style, on the aniversery of columbine and was accused of having planned somethin simmiler to my story, which involved a serial killer who went more insane with each victim, cause he saw their faces in reflective services.)

5)goofy (i'm not known as a very serious guy in school, kind of laid back if you will)

well, if anyone can find a reason for this, or has an idea about it, please let me know, k?

You have a dark and mysterious side. It must shine through in your writing. Goth girls probably love that.

If you have no problem with goth girls, why not ask one of them to hang out with you?

well, quite a few actually do, already. hmmm, darkness through my writing, eh? well, most of my writing is about post apocaliptic situations, so i guess that could be a good reason. but the thing is, there are 12-14 flirting with me, some i don't even know their names.

I don't know why you are complaining about girls flirting with you. Most boys would appreciate the attention.

However, I am more interested in your writing. How old are you, and how is it that your classmates became aware of the story you turned in? Did you scare your teacher and get reported?

okay, as i stated earlier, i said i'm not complaining, just curious. for your second question, i go to a school that isn't very big, but has 2300 students, so news travels fast. and i turned the story in to my english teacher to have it put in a school magazine-esk thing, and i didn't know it was th aniversery of columbine. (and who would, being it 8:00 am, and having 4 hours sleep?) anyways, later that day, i was called into the head principles office, which contained him, the 3 house principles, the super intendent, and the heads of the board of education where i live. not that the next thing didn't help me, but there happened to be razor blades in my backpack, for cutting foam board for a CAD model. anyways, there was yelling, mostly by me to them, on how ignorant they were and how if they didn't want me to write in the style of another writer, that they shouldn't ask for me to! anyways, this was the talk of most teachers for weeks, so, of coarse, many studen'ts found out about it.

Jeez, so now you're known as "That Guy" forever more. I think this may have something to do with all the goth girl attention.Maybe they think you're dangerous, or even better, not actually dangerous but perceived as dangerous by authority figures.

What a great way to freak out your parents, right?

Please explain to me how you can be this big and not masculine.

Yup. The girls see you as "anti-establishment", which is attractive for high school kids. If you want attention from more "mainstream" girls, I suggest you try blending in a bit, not scaring the teachers, etc.

BTW, I'm sure you meant nothing by the story you wrote, but cut the adults some slack. They work with kids day in and day out, and I'm sure they have a fairly good idea of what is typical kid stuff, and let's face it: Columbine was a freakin nightmare. I would have been scared, too. Most kids don't write about serial killers, and you have a history of physical aggression, regardless of how well-intentioned it was.

eh, actually, my parents were mad, they didn't get to read the story, lol. anyways, to me, it's not about the mainstream girls, it's just wondering why the gothic girls like me. there are 2 of them i really like and we have been friends for about 2 years now, but the thing is, i like them both, but they are best friends!

i know, and the thing is, i don't think either one knows or has any idea that the other likes me. i'm good friends with both of them, and i don't think there is any way i can come out of this unscarred.

actually, no. i mean, yeah there all cute, but these two are kind of special, in that i don't know why kind of way. damnit, this is bad.

on one hand, i've known one for two years and we are very good friends.

on the other hand, the other one is mmuch more plaful and active.

but the thing is, i don't know exactly what i like about these two, they're kind of special, in a way.
