Distinguishing between normal ackwardness and "I like you" ackwardness
OK this may be a dumb question, but is there anyway to distinguish normal ackwardness and "I like you" ackwardness? See theres this girl in two of my classes who is cute and seems very nice so I started talking to her, just saying hi and having short conversations, and she always seems a little nervous. Well today she did something that seemed a little weird. In one of our classes we sit in a hug circle, and she was sitting across the room from me, well I think I may have caught a few gazes from her, then a little later I glanced over at her, and she realized that she had my attention and pointed out nonverbally that my left pant leg was rolled up about half an inch. LOL I just think thats kindof a weird thing to point out to someone, perhaps just looking for an excuse to communicate a little? lol.

I think that's exactly it. She thinks you're cute and is therefore flirting with you. If you want to, you most certainly should ask her to go do something.
