Ok I've liked this girl for about a year but she goes out with a huge guy and she thinks shes in love with him. She is just about my best friend and i think i love her. I really wish shed give me a chance. I wanna know what to do?

Be her friend. If you try and break them up, you have no chance with her, whether you're successful or not.
Don't be sneaky. Decide whether or not you can continue to be her friend while she's with someone else- if you can, then just suck it up and deal with the fact that she's taken. If you can't- confess your love and hope she's not going to tell Mr. Huge about it.
