There is a girl that i work with that i am interested in, I plan on asking her out the next time we work togeather. How do i avoid making the situation wierd, because like i said i have to work with this person

I'm not sure there is anyway to avoid making the situation weird, because you are going to see her almost everyday... but I might be wrong

There are a lot of threads on the forum about relationships with co-workers, I don't very many are successful

Think this question has been answered here on an almost weekly basis. Route back through some old posts and see peoples views on the topic.

It's a dodgy one, and you really need to be absolutely certain she's into you, or it could turn out to be very awkyard for you both. That's IF it goes pear shaped

You don't ask her out. Your town is full of women you don't work with. Date one of them.
