I just realized that I have a pretty cool chick. On New Years Eve I got completely smashed. I mean, banging into walls throwing up in the bathroom multiple times smashed (off my fav - Rum!) We were by her sister's and brother in law's house, with her other brother and his girlfriend. And she wasn't embarrassed at all. She's conservative and doesn't drink herself, however she told me many times that although she doesn't do it she's not going to try to "impose" herself on me and tells me if I feel like getting drunk then to be her guest! She just doesn't want me to be a friggin' alcoholic.
So she's leading me around from party to party on her arm and we're having a good time (at least I was!) until it's time to go to sleep. I throw up in the bathroom, waddle to my room, and pass out. She goes into the bathroom, cleans up for me (since I kinda missed the toilet -
), scrubs the shirt I'm wearing, and wakes me up the next day laughing as she tells me how she had to clean up after me.
How awesome is that? She didn't flip or anything, but took care of me like a good woman should! (yeah! That's right! I think a woman should take care of her man!) How many girlfriends do YOU know that would simply clean up after their man and laugh about it in the morning not being upset? Not to mention cook them breakfast the next morning (french toast and eggs).
Like the old adage says, "If you spew and they bolt, it was never meant to be."
