What Shld I Do?

Recently I have met a girl through my good friend when doing a small group study. After my rejection by a girl few month ago has never really able to feel for someone else, however she managed to do so to me. I feel that she is cute, someone who have a interesting character. However, I feel that she does not have that same feeling i guess but have been joking and talking with her online. In real life, I doesn't seem able to do that. I don't knw whether girl does change of heart after awhile, to be honest, i do not understand girl one bit. Anyone has any advice wad shld i do? I did hint just alittle but not really alot. I always have little confident with myself as I feel I do not suit her, she deserve someone better. What can be done to increase my confident perhaps? (Sorry for the poor english)

To increase your confidence, you need to practice talking to girls. Online doesn't count.

Agreed. The best way to increase your confidence--as with any skill or in any situation--is to practice it. There are always small opportunities, whether it's asking a girl to pass you something you can't get to, or asking about something simple. Nothing we can say will immediately make you more comfortable jumping into conversation. Now, as far as self-confidence goes, the same applies. It's all a matter of convincing yourself that you're worth something to someone, that you can also be worth something to this girl. Nothing's stopping you but yourself. You have good qualities--have friends list them for you if you can't yourself. What other people think of you can be a good indication of how you should view yourself. I don't think much good of myself, either, but I have people around me who think that I'm amazing. I kept ignoring it, denying it, but the only time I started to feel better about myself was when I /tried/. When I listened, and let it rub off on me a little. I might not be amazing, but I'm certainly worth something, if these people think so. Same kind of deal for you, I think.

I hv no problem taking to girl but whenever I talk to a girl I like I just unable to make funny joke I can do without them and stuff. I just feel I am a different person infront of them. Anyway, when it a right time to ask someone out for a date?

When you feel comfortable doing so, or when you feel you have the best chance of getting a "yes." Good time: after a good conversation, with lots of fun and laughing. Bad time: when she's stressed or depressed.
