How many date you have to go out with a girl before you get to hold her hand?

It's not really a matter of how many dates. There is no set number before taking new steps like holding hands. I suppose its just whenever you feel comfortable (and brave) enough to go for it and see where that leads you. Dating is a game best played by the heart.
