new here - got problems! - Love Forum

Hi, ill introduce myself here! im 19 my names Alyn an i live in north wales and have a tad problem!

my mate came down for the day today from manchester and we went out to meet some mates of his. anyways we met some mates of his and he introduced me to them. then this one girl said we had to go and meet 1 of her mates, so we did. she works in max spielmann in my town, shes called kelly. wen i saw her like i dunno wot happened like i just instantly fell for her, and i dident even talk to her much, i said hi, nice to meet u and that wen i was introduced. anyways, she was walking with us for a while, and she went home to get changed, so that point i told my mates she is really nice and like ive fell for her big time, so he said that he will ask his friend if she can get me her number. anway kelly had decided after getting changed she was going to meet some other mates, so dident come back, so now my mates friend couldent ask her to get her number.

now i feel like shit!!! i was trying to explain to a girl i know wot happened and i dont think she understands. she thinks you cant like fall in love unless youve been with sumone for a certain amount of time.

i feel well bad. if only i had asked my mate to get her number when she was walking about with us.

my mate is going back to manchester tonight, so i hope that he will talk to his friend and she will talk to kelly bout it. i am just hopin!!!

its happened to me before, this is the second time now, for me to just fall for sumone, even if ive only known them 5 minutes.

this girl i tried to explain it to, said "you only like her coz she is fit" NO NO NO thats not the case! i see load of women every day and think, god she is nice, but i dont feel for them in the same way i feel now!!!!

help i am really F**ed up now!! i never take a chance wen i got it.

I would advise that you proceed with caution - it seems like you are experiencing an exhilarating rush of emotions, and while its not my place to say how deep those emotions run. I will say that if you come on too strong - you may frighten off the girl that you are interested in. Sit back, relax, see what your friend turns up, and hopefully - the two of you will get in touch and you can start to get to know her better and get her on the path for falling for you.

First off, she may have struck you in a wierd way, but right now you pretty much have NO personality to base it on, so don't go around thinking that fell "in love" with her. Cause you don't know her. She could end up being the biggest asshole in the world dating-wise and you wouldn't know. Get to know her first.

Second of all, what's the problem? The post says that you have a problem, but I don't really see one. You said that your friend is gonna talk to his friends and get you her number or give her yours. And that's cool. Not really a problem. Anyways, good luck with it all. Although I really don't think you're (like you said at the end of your post) "really ****ed up now!!". I'd say that you're just waiting to see what happens. Good luck and let us know how things go.

alrite, but like im not gunna get anywhere if i just sit back an relax am i!! ive never had good luck with talking to girls, well the ones i like. im just whay to shy and stuff, thats just how i am. your rite with the rush of emotions tho, and ur right saying she cud be the bigest asshole i ever knew, i understand that, but i dunno why it happens. its happened before with this other girl up the road, but i knew where i stood there, and it worked out, well at least for a while.

all i am worrying about is, what if i dont get her number after all. or am i jus thinkin negative.

Right. And at least you're trying to do something about this girl. More than a lot of guys could say (who just let those girls pass them by)

yeah. I don't know why it happens either. It happened to me, and then I found out a BUNCH of stuff about the girl while dating her that I realized it would never work out between us. So I stopped dating her.

If you don't get the number, then you just have to chaulk it up as a loss and look around for someone else. One of those 'life goes on' sorta deals.

im gunna talk to my mate 2moro and tell him to tell his mate to give her my number, then if she is interested she will txt me or ring me or somin.

like ive got this thing for redheads, they just drive me nuts, an she is one of them, but thats not the reason all this happened. its really weird. i know that she isent seeing anybody, coz her mate said so. so if i dont get her number i will be well gutted!!!

lol. Man, this UK terminology is really funny to see! I'm so used to American slang that these "mates" and other phrases ("so if i dont get her number i will be well gutted!!!") are so funny for me to read!

Just like I bet listening to Billy's accent would be! And likewise him listening to mine!

damn - too bad there is no voice on here - I can do a really funny 'crocodile hunter' accent type of thing and it sounds soo freakin real - it makes everyone laugh when they hear me do it...

I'm New Jersian. So I like to "wawk" my "dawwwg" and I drop my "r"s (like in school I use a "calculata" and play a little on the "guita")

yeah mate i wasent gettin pissed off lol! just thats the words i use. some girl in college im with said to me that she likes the way i talk. i was like wot u mean, she said like just the way u talk, the way i put things and that and words i use. thought it was bit weird myself but i dont complain if im bein complimented.

Dude, In america, your accent ALONE would probably score you tons of chicks. Chicks LOVE foreign accents. Hence why I've been told that in England, they LOVE american accents.

lol, listen up! i know this yugoslavian guy in my college, hes called sadri, and has a really cool accent. and ive seen him loads of times round town now and the amount of freaking women chasing after him is unbeleiveable!!! propah babe magnet tellin ya!!!
