Unless this guy is a serious threat to your relationship (I asume you're in a relationship with this girl), or he seems dangerous... let it be. The girl can hang out with whomever she wants. You may think he's stuck up, but she might get on with him. Don't play the jelous partner unless its necessary, which in this case I don't think it is.

crap, i told her that the reason i don't like this guy isn't related to her, I haven't liked him since before I knew her. but she hasn't responded yet so...

should i send something like:
I don't mean to bad mouth your friend even though I am. Maybe I am a little jealous, but we're all entitled to our own opinion and I don't want this to get in the way of us.
