How can someone tell if a boy likes a girl what are the signs,can someone pls help me out here because i don't know if the quy i have done some bussiness with fancy me we only met ones,and sometimes we speak on the phone just to disscus bizz.But i remember he told me in a very soft voice he will like to see me again now i am confused what he means by that because i am sure it is not to talk about bizz.

If he said in a soft voice he wants to see you again, he probably likes you. Unless he talks soft all the time. I'm sure you know how he sounds normally right? If you're sure it's not to talk about biz, then you should already know huh? He wants you! Return the soft voice speaking next time.
