Do I Wait? - Love Forum

Im confused.
I know this girl I like and she knows how much I like her and has done since I met her.
I had the impression she felt the same but now im not so sure.
Thing is she has never brushed me off or said she isnt interested but these days she keeps in touch very sporadically.
It feels like she is stalling for time.
Now she has an ex, and the breakup was pretty bad, so I guess shes pretty down on men and will be for a while.

My question is: Do I wait this one out and see where it goes or just assume she isnt interested and move on?

Were both very young (17) and are both very inexperienced with this so I need advice.
Anyone.

No she knows EXACTLY how I feel, I wrote her a letter from the start at school saying all the things I felt, thats how we first made contact, I guess it was an ice-breaker. Which could turn out to be a heartbreaker.
I dont tell her how i feel anymore, i dont want to scare her away or make her feel awkward.

I think you already made her feel awkward with the letter you wrote. That's like straight up putting you on the chain and freaking her out. Life is not about the movies where you stick around with this girl and hope she likes you back. You got to go for it. Just play it cool for a week and ignore her, no contact. Next week, just ask her number and take her her out, if you need me contatc me

I have her number already. Also she wasnt freaked out at all, it was a few weeks later when things went cold. Imagine u were getting to know someone and slowly finding out you were both very similar, almost too similar maybe.
Then it went cold, well, coldish.

Im rather confused about it all.
Anybody???

Not really well but we have told each other a fair amount of personal stuff online. so im not sure.
