What do you think of web cams?


Is it a form of cheating?

ie: You are watching a person live do this and you can talk to them and ask them to do things to themself.

It really depends on what you do with the webcam. If you practise cybersex with the webcam I feel that is a form of cheating. I know for sure I wouldn't be comfortable if my partner were engaged in a cyber relationship with someone else with them stripping for each other and things like that.

Ah. Nothing like those gray areas. I think that if you SO doesn't know about it, it's cheating. When I had an SO, she knew and was ok that I looked at porn. I knew and was ok that she was going to a strip club for a bachelorette party. Would your SO be ok knowing that you are watching someone on a webcam do anything you ask them?

In MY book, if your SO wouldn't be ok with something, it's cheating. If not, and you want to do it anyway, get rid of your SO. Cause if you feel the need to do something of that level that he/she are not comfortable with, then that's the wrong person for you.

i consider it cheating, because you're still technically engaging in sexual activity with another person, even if it is over the internet. I would'nt be happy if i knew something like that and i wouldn't do it myself.

it's an interactional telephone. there are both good and bad for this, but i think this is probably gonna be the new future. everyone had a pager before, now everyone has a cell phone. soon everyone will have a palm pilot, then a webcam. technology will take us over. raverboy
