Asking this girl out...Please Help

I was thinking of using the following line to ask this girl I like out for a movie date:

You know how we don't have school Tuesday? I was thinking of going to see a movie tomorrow, the Grudge? Have you seen it yet? It's supposed to be awesome. If you're not doing anything tomorrow, would you like to see it? It's playing at the <some theatre> at 2:50, so we could go in the afternoon if that's good. Can I get your phone number, so if anything comes up, I can call you and tell you?
(Gives her my phone number also)

So what do you think of the above? Sorry if I was a bit detailed, but I'm very nervous and want to do this right. So just tell me what you think of it and be honest. Thanks in advance for your responses.

Hehe, well it sounds A-ok to me. Maybe not so scripted, just kinda let it flow and be cool about it. That sounds like a perfectly good way to ask her out, not creepy or overbearing in any way. Good luck, the tricky part is the date itself (also, if you manage to continue and get a second date, I dont suggest movies too often, you don't really get to talk or bond )

seens good for me. A small,tiny detail, just in case she doesn't like that kind of movie like Grudge, do you have a an alternative title or do you want let her pick one?

yeah i think ya know what ya doing, however i agree that you dont plan it too scipted. if something comes up that you dont have the answer for, and you have been relying on a scripted plan, then you might not know what to say. so keep the idea u posted and work around it by saying whatever comes into your head. u will be way more relaxed that way.

ugh that is so....OLD! lol. like, do something such as:

notice she has the big loop earrings: say "you know what they say about girls with big earrings like that?"
"what's that"
"they're too poor to afford good jewelry so they use their bracelets"
she looks shocked but then kinda smiles, then ask her name.
"oh, i see--with a name like that, you must have a boyfriend. WHAT THE HELL! ALL THE RICH GIRLS ARE TAKEN OR SOMETHING?!?!?!"
walk off and leave and she'll grab ur arm, it works every damn time lol

ask her to the movies after a day or two
