how to ask her out???

this girl i like, when i get a chance to see her it is usually at a place where my friends and/or her friends are around, therefore not allowing me to have a chance to talk with her for more than a minute! i wanna organise something, such as a date, but i dont know how to organise it without being too straight forward. does anyone have any suggestions for organising something with her, some ideas for havin a chance to talk longer when with other people, and any ideas how i may ask her out...all these without being too scary and straight forward. i have waited for ages for something to happen and i dont want to wait any longer. if she doesnt wanna go out i wanna know that she has made her decision after she knows me better. if she says no i know its because she doesnt know me well enough, however im sick of waiting...thanx for ya help!

try and get her number, then ask her out over the phone. if its too hard just to get a number, then try sneaking her a note asking for her number of if she wants to talk. I dont know how else to be indirect, lol. If you want to be direct, then confidence will take you places.

don't tell me that you're affraid of what you friends might think. If you both are among friends, there should be no pressure why don't you simple ask her out. It's easy, simple and you get a straight answer. If she agree you can talk with her later more privately but if she refuse the invitation there's no problem you can still the conversation in group. Get a seat next to her or near her and ask her. A simple approach usually gets good results. Good Luck

Write her a note with your phone number and next time you see her put it in the palm of your hand and make a point of shaking her hand. When you shake her hand catch her eyes and hold it for a few seconds, if you're comfortable doing it maybe wink. If she's into you too she'll call you.

i recon eye contact is a huge pick up hold it for a few seconds with a small smile and your a winner . if she doesnt react to it your out of the game. Another thing to do is look at her when ppl are around and see if shes looking at you. Remember dont stare.
