I have been after this fren of mine for some time......recently she rejected me saying dat she want to concentrade on studies at the moment and do not want to go into another relationship just yet...

But the next day,she told me that she patched wif her ex...i feel damn angry n sad at that time...but i know i still want her...shld i wait for her or move on ?

i think that you should wait, but leave your options open. you stated that she broke up with her ex, and maybe it was a bad time for her. obviously if she got back together with her ex, then she wasn't completely over him yet so of course she won't want to start anything new with anyone. however, just be friends with her because i imagine that great friends make the best relationships. raverboy
