What Should I Say?

This girl and I have been together and we are just friends now cause she is really confused in life. We still hang out, etc. She just has alot going on because other guys inher life, etc. She loves me and I DO love her. She always aks me why I love her and like I know why, I can't just express it in words. I love being with her and she makes me happy, etc. What else can I say? If you guys give me ideas and what to say it might make me figure out how to exactly say it. I can think about it in my head, but I don't know how to express it in words.
