I'm trying to think of places to take this girl I like and this is all I've come up with:

Listed in order of succession
----------------------------
1. Movies (obviously)
2. Bowling
3. Football games
4. Concerts
5. ice cream shops
6. My bedroom (just kidding, but that would be awesome)

But seriously, what else could we do?

I always thought outdoor promenades (malls) were a great place for dates. The atmosphere is nice, and you could probly do all but #3 and #6 on that list, plus a TON more, given one is around your area.

My first date with a few girls was Downtown Disney, Heh, Nice atmosphere, bands, nice restaurants, tons of shops.

P.S. Stay away from the build a Bear stores, I never thought I would spend close to a $100 bucks on a bear.

I suppose raping her would fall under dating idea #6: my bedroom. Lol. Fun idea ,but I don't think she would go for that, seeing as how I would be raping her... Lol. So I guess I'll just have to stick to the NORMAL dates; the crappy ones where I don't get laid. Well, that sucks... Keep the ideas coming please. The mall thing might actually work since most malls have a movie theater inside...

heh.. dude there's an unlimited amount of possibilities for a date. try asking her where she wants to go, it might help.

if she says "i don't know" or "anywhere it doesn't matter" then reply with "how about my house, where we can go into my room and have wild hott sex" and she'll laugh--if she doesn't she's a stuck up bitch without sense of humor that you need to dump. tell her that too, "hey, laugh at my joke or i'm breaking up with you" lol just stir some stuff up

remember if your going to the movies, you spend about 2 hours sitting watching a movie.....not the best way to get to know someone!

Yeah, I totally agree. It's a bit gay really, because you're just basically just watching the movie and end up not talking and all. Take her somewhere else where y'guys can actually walk and talk and get to know each other more. Take her out to eat or sumin'.

Actually I'd plump for bowling - breaks in the conversation if it's stilted, plenty of chances to laugh at your duff shots etc... generally a relaxed atmosphere

Well, uh, first I'd take her shopping to stores she'd wanna shop in, and then we'd do lunch, probably at the cheese haus, followed by some golfing.

And then at night, we'd take in an opera, probably die fleidermaus. And then I'd follow it all up with a drive to a secluded beach...

Where I'd pop on the radio...

And then we could slow dance 'til the sun came up.

I usually opt for bowling. Fun atmosphere, relaxed, plus I'm much better than the average person as far as bowling goes so I can easily use it for "bets" and always win (usually I say, "Well, I'll tell you what. Call me cliche, but we'll just bowl for a kiss. I win, I get a kiss." Then after I beat the crap out of them, I say in the second game, "Well I like what I'm getting a little later. What do you want to bet on the second game? You know I'll win so I'll let you choose the terms.")

What you might want to do is do something more 'unique' for a date. Something that marks you as interesting and different from the average guy. How about rock-climbing at an indoor gym? How about rollerblading? How about good-ol-fashioned sledding (your profile doesn't say where you are from, so this might be an option) How about a car show? Be creative.

I was thinking about it and I came up with a few more dating ideas to add to the list:

miniature golf
roller skating
billiards

Are these any good or are they best avoided?

By the way, thanks for all your previous responses.
Maybe a mall would be a good idea.

I live in Charlotte, North Carolina. In a suburb called Matthews. The nearest beach is 6 hours away and the mountains are 4 hours away. For a big city, there really isn't much to do here. Another idea I had were concerts, but none are going on right now. Hmm, what are some of your ideas?
