You're so classy. So I'm guessing you're not originally from Texas. I don't know why everybody thinks Philadelphia is black, is that what the media portrays down there in the south? Most of the blacks are in North and North West. That hardly represents the rest of Philadelphia, my part especially in the North East which is made up of mostly whites, asians, russians, jews and Indians. And...no, most people in Philadelphia don't try to act black, that nigger/wigger type of behavior is mostly found in the surrounding suburbs, bunch of yuppies and wannabe's just tryin' to show how tough they are by putting on a pair of shitty Timberland boots and turning their hat sideways while walking the oh so dangerous streets of upper middle class neighborhoods.

And yes, I'd date outside my culture/ethnicity/any other bullshit separating categories.

well, the US is almost entirely protestant christian, but there are some community centers that are: jewish, muslim, etc...
