Makes me wanna crap. A lot? Sure, but don't take it as the majority. You'd find a lot of those up here in the NE, where there are a lot of russians and puerto ricans. Though NE is no ghetto, it's easily one of the better parts of the city as it is closest to the surrounding suburbs like Abington which is upper middle class, where I lived a majority of my life. North Philly on the other hand...I wouldn't wanna be caught walkin' at night up there.
