My pals always come up to me all pist off on how a chick was "messing" with them, but no change back. So...what I do, if a girl flirts with me, I don't care if she has a boyfriend because I do not involve her boyfriend in what/where we are about to go. That is how I get my pleasure out of it.

I would agree that some men and some women are just flirty. Women like the attention or the response they elicit, men are trying to get into a woman's pants.
I don't flirt, period. It's kinda my way of flirting...not to flirt at all.

Tracer Bullet is one of his many alter egos. Bill Watterson always said that it was one of his favorites, considering the heavy use of Black and Whites as an artistic medium, and that there never really has been too many artists attempt the "film de noir" style in comics.
If you understand the genre in film then you can probably guess what the strips with Tracer Bullet are like
