Advice Please?

I've got a little question. Ok, theres the guy i'm dating. Well we've been on one date but we hang out all the time at school and all his friends and my friend know about us and would call us an "us" i guess. Well, first let's backtrack. He asked me out last monday and we went out saturday night. It went really well, we got to know each other a lot better and it was just all in all a pretty good date. Well on monday (Valentine's Day) he brought me roses! plus hershey's kisses! It made me so happy! I wasn't expecting anything at all since he's not exactly my boyfriend. Well today his best friend whos my friend also, told me that he really really did like me and asked me if i would go out with him on a 2nd date if he by chance asked me. I said yes of course. We also hang out a lot at school and i'm the happiest i've been in quite a long time. Well what i'm confused about is when you go from "dating" to "bf/gf?" I mean, is he going to come out and ask me? Or is he even thinking of asking me eventually? I'm really confused! Your advice please?

well unfortunately each bloke is different but due to the hole in his pocket the roses and chocs would of cost i think it was more than just a gesture. and of course the best friend asking you a question like that which clearly they both think 'isn't too obvious' yet clearly is, shows a lot! well i would say dating at most currently most blokes are stereotypically scared of commitment so i would hold off asking aswell. They like to feel they are in control and no one has pushed them into anything. I say hold in there and continue as you are as it seems to be working x

P.S. Just let things flow. Unless you get a planet dropped on your head tomorrow, you aren't going to die anytime soon. Live each day as you can and don't try to rush things. And the more "buildup" this relationship has the better it will be in the long run.

There is nothing wrong with just liking someone for awhile. It also would be okay to talk with him-- seeing we don't know him.
