2 year anniv....gift ideas anone???

My boyfriend and I am coming up to our 2 year anniversary. I'd like to buy him, or make him something., I'm just looking for general ideas here...so if you have one please submit it!!!!

i've already made a pic frame with our pic, a glass slab with the 100 reason i love him, a wooden heart with key that fits inside, i've bought him a watch (he doesnt wear jewelery).

for next valentines i'm maiking him "love coupns" so that is also out.

Any other GENERAL ideas...please submit them here, it would be greatly appreciated!!!

depends on the type of guy he is...ie: what impresses him...

is he the type that is immpressed by large expensive items? small expensive items? Things that take time and effort put into them? something useful? ...etc...etc

so think of the things HE generally enjoys, was it big and expensive or small and useful? (Eg: I know a couple where he doesnt like jewlery, she does. She bought him a watch for christmas, he wears it all the time, cause its useful, she thought she was buying him jewlery, so when she got him a neckless with a charm, for his birthday and he doesnt wear it....she got upset...)

Now enough with my philosophy on gift giving...hehehe.

-night in a hotel/motel/inn/whatever, with hottub, dinner...

What he's like, or what he's into is not something i'm considering right now... i asked for GENERAL ideas. I can personalize the gifts later on. I appreciate all the help though.

Well Celeste, the best gifts usually come from the fact the person giving them to you knows you well enough to get something you really love. So I think questions about what type of guy he is are inevitable. I would say listening is a big part of great gift giving. What things has he expressed a considerable amount of interest in lately?

If budget isn't an issue, weekend trips are always great if you both can get away. Even if the trip is months in advance from the actual date of your aniversary. A card /and reservations is enough to get the point across. But is he the type of guy who likes to do things like that?
