I told the guy I was interested in an instant message,that I was interested and his reply was 'when did you even found the time to be interested in me when you barely even know me!'
which really puzzeled me.I don't what he meant and I am afraid of making a fool of myself again if it is -ve.Now what shall I do.

Well, I guess he isnt mature enough to know what you ment by intersted, or you told him the wrong way...

Seems blunt enough to me.. looks like he's saying there should be more time to get to know each other before anything starts romantically. Maybe get to hang out with him some more, or talk to him more (and not about liking him, not yet at least). Get out of the " I barely know you" stage.

yeah, and if then he keeps up with the "i'm a dick" attitude rip his clothes off and have wild sex with him.

Thats a pretty stupid thing of him to say. Made me chuckle. You dont have to "know" somebody well to be interested. Sounds like he just wanted to sound really smart and mature but yet came out looking like a dumbass.

Personally, I would write him off. Do you really want to be saddled with someone so insensitive, someone who would deliberately embarrass you? Sounds like a jerk...

sounds like a jerk to me too. he didn't have to be so rude. he could've just said i'm not interested or something like that.
